Take on the dealer heads up when you play the Single Deck Blackjack online table game, featuring plenty of chances to win big payouts and huge rewards.
Theme & Atmosphere
Single Deck Blackjack takes its inspiration from blackjack table games you’d find in a land-based casino. The game is presented in an overhead fashion, making it feel as if you’re sitting at a blackjack table looking down at the cards. They’re dealt right there in front of you, so that you can see the game unfold.
Feature Overview
Single Deck Blackjack is the simplest form of this extremely popular online table game. In this version, landing Blackjack on your first two cards will pay 3-to-2. That’s actually very good compared to other versions of this game, which sometimes pay 6-to-5. While you play, you’ll also have the opportunity to Double Down (matching your initial bet and getting one more card) or Split (matching your initial bet and forming two new hands) to give yourself better odds when you’re playing heads-up against the dealer.
Technical Specifications & Mechanics
This version of blackjack is played with just a single deck of the standard 52 playing cards. The 10, Jack, Queen and King all have a value of 10. These are known as picture cards. The Ace can have a value of 11 or 1, depending on which one is best for you. All other cards have the value of their number. The dealer must hit if he has a Soft 17, which is an Ace and a 6, but must stay on all other 17s and higher. The Minimum amount you can bet is 1, with the Maximum being 300, and you can increase your bet in 1 increments.
Bet & Paytable Analysis
In this game, all wins will pay 1-to-1. The exception to this rule is Blackjack, which pays 3-to-2. For a hand to be considered Blackjack, your first two cards must equal 21. If you hit to 21 with more than two cards, then it will just be considered 21. Insurance pays out 2-to-1, if you decide to take it when the dealer’s up card is an Ace. Hands that you Double Down or Split still pay 1-to-1 on all the individual bets.
Unique Selling Points
