The Hive takes its inspiration from honeybees. The Reels are laid out in the intricate pattern of a honeycomb, which is very unique. They are all set in front of an open field, with flowering trees to either side, serving as the pollinators. The Honey Meter is to the left. The background music is a joyful tune full of pleasant strings and guitars.

Feature Overview

As you play The Hive, bees will appear around the honeycomb. The Queen Bee summons other bees. Drone Bees fill the Honey Meter, and Worker Bees can give a stacking Multiplier. Once you fill the Honey Meter, you trigger the Sticky Sweet Free Spins, where you get five Free Spins. During the round, either one, two or three of the Honey Burst Spreading Wild symbols appear. They spread from the initial position to any adjacent cells following each spin, and then continue to spread for the entirety of the round.

This game offers an innovative playing Grid. It’s in the form of a honeycomb matrix, with Rows laid out from 3-4-5-4-3 from top to bottom. There are 30 different Paylines available. The Minimum amount you can wager is 0.10, with the Maximum sitting at 80. You increase by 0.20 increments until you get to 0.80, then it starts to increase at a more rapid pace.
