If Lucky Rebel isn’t displaying properly or you’re having trouble logging in, your browser’s cache might be to blame. Here’s how to clear it based on what you’re using:
Google Chrome (v10 and up)
- Click the menu icon (three dots, top right)
- Go to More tools > Clear browsing data…
- Check Cache only, uncheck the rest
- Click ‘Clear Data’
- (Might take a few minutes)
Firefox
- Click the menu icon (top right), then select History
- Click ‘Clear Recent History…’
- In the Details drop-down, check Cache
- In Time range to clear, select Everything
- Click ‘Clear Now’
Internet Explorer 11+
- Click the gear icon (top right), then ‘Safety’ > ‘Delete Browsing History’
- Check ‘Temporary Internet Files’
- You can also uncheck ‘Preserve favorite website data’
- Click ‘Delete’
