Site Not Loading Right? Clear Your Cache.

If Lucky Rebel isn’t displaying properly or you’re having trouble logging in, your browser’s cache might be to blame. Here’s how to clear it based on what you’re using:

Google Chrome (v10 and up)

1. Click the menu icon (three dots, top right)
2. Go to More tools > Clear browsing data…
3. Check Cache only, uncheck the rest
4. Click ‘Clear Data’
   • (Might take a few minutes)

Firefox

1. Click the menu icon (top right), then select History
2. Click ‘Clear Recent History…’
3. In the Details drop-down, check Cache
4. In Time range to clear, select Everything
5. Click ‘Clear Now’

Internet Explorer 11+

1. Click the gear icon (top right), then ‘Safety’ > ‘Delete Browsing History’
2. Check ‘Temporary Internet Files’
   • You can also uncheck ‘Preserve favorite website data’
3. Click ‘Delete’
   • (Give it a moment to finish)
