If you have any concerns, complaints or wish to dispute an incident or experience with Lucky Rebel—whether it’s about the content on the platform or any other issue—we encourage you to reach out to Customer Service at support@luckyrebel.com. Our team is here to listen and will make every effort to resolve your concern promptly and professionally.

It is our strong preference to resolve all concerns internally through the above procedures, reflecting our ongoing commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction. However, if you remain dissatisfied with the final response, you may submit your complaint to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service available to you through [disputes@luckyrebel.com] where an independent ADR specialist will handle your complaint and conduct an impartial review.

For a complaint to be eligible for consideration, it must be lodged not sooner than seven (7) days and not later than six (6) months after the date of the relevant incident. By submitting your complaint, you acknowledge that it will undergo a categorization and review process to determine the appropriate resolution pathway, which may include escalation for external assessment as necessary to ensure fairness.
