This clause establishes the exclusive jurisdiction of disputes through individual legal action and supersedes any laws that would otherwise allow the Player to participate in a class action. The Player is prohibited from participating in, or being represented in, any class or representative action regarding any claim asserted under any agreement, including these Terms and Conditions and use of the Services and/or the Website, as a result of this class action waiver. The Player expressly agrees to waive the authority to arbitrate claims on a class action basis, and the Player agrees that any legal action or arbitration against Lucky Rebel shall be litigated by the Player individually, not as a member of any class or as part of a class action, no matter what the applicable law(s) provide. In exchange for the provision of Services on our Website, you consent to the final resolution of all disputes that arise under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or in respect of any legal relationship associated with or derived from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services provided on this Website, through arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of a qualifying global ADR Institution to be selected by Lucky Rebel and communicated to the Player upon the emergence of a claim. GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of The Autonomous Island of Anjouan – Union of Comoros, notwithstanding any laws that might otherwise govern under applicable principles of conflicts of laws. Lucky Rebel and any other company that is a part of its affiliates are not and will not be held liable for any complaint or claim that is submitted or made on the basis of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

15.Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Lucky Rebel regarding the use of our platform and services. If any section is deemed invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions remain fully effective. No provision excludes or limits liability for fraud or intentional misrepresentation.
