Turning Off Auto-Completion for Better Security

Auto-complete can be handy—but saving login info, especially for your Lucky Rebel account, can be a risk. If you want to lock things down, here’s how to disable it in your browser.

Google Chrome

1. Click the menu icon (three dots) at the top right
2. Select ‘Settings’
3. Scroll to ‘Autofill’, then click ‘Passwords and forms’
4. Toggle Autofill off
5. Exit settings

Firefox

1. Open the menu and choose ‘Options’
2. Go to ‘Security’
3. Uncheck ‘Remember logins for sites’
4. Close Options

Internet Explorer 11

1. Click the gear icon, then select ‘Internet Options’
2. Under the ‘Content’ tab, click ‘Settings’ under AutoComplete
3. Uncheck ‘User Names and Passwords on Forms’
4. Click ‘Delete AutoComplete History’
5. Check ‘Form data’ and ‘Passwords’, then hit ‘Delete’
6. Click OK twice to save and exit
