When you’re moving crypto in or out of your Lucky Rebel account, here’s what you need to keep in mind:
Depositing Crypto
- We post your deposit on 0 confirmations, but the speed depends on the network fee you chose in your wallet.
- If you used a low (economic) fee, your deposit may take longer to show up.
- If there’s a network delay, we’ll credit the funds after 6 confirmations.
- Still waiting after a few confirmations? Hit up Customer Service and we’ll look into it.
- Once your crypto lands, it’s immediately converted to USD in your Lucky Rebel account.
Buying or Selling Crypto
- Swapping USD for crypto? It’s instant
- Swapping crypto back into USD? Also instant
