• 3 strikes and you're blocked. After three failed login attempts, your account gets temporarily locked.
• Use the email you registered with—no guessing.
• Passwords are case sensitive. Double-check for Caps Lock.
• No extra spaces. If you’re copy/pasting, trim off any leading or trailing blanks.
• Still stuck? Use the Forgot Password link to reset it.
