1.1. The "Rebel Vault" Promotion is valid for eligible wagers placed on the official Super Bowl game occurring on February 8.
1.2. This Promotion is open to all registered Lucky Rebel players who have a verified account in good standing and meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms & Conditions. This promotion is open to all registered Lucky Rebel players who meet the eligibility criteria described in these Terms.
1.3. Players must place wagers using real money (cash) only. Bets placed using bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits are not eligible for this Promotion.
1.4. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Lucky Rebel’s general Terms & Conditions.
2.1. The Promotion is valid only for wagers placed on the Super Bowl game on February 8.
2.2. Only wagers placed and settled on the Super Bowl game are eligible.
2.3. Player activity during the Promotion Period determines eligibility and ranking for rewards.
Players may qualify for the Promotion by placing eligible sports wagers that meet all of the following conditions:
3.1. The wager must be placed on the Super Bowl game.
3.2. Minimum wager amount is ten dollars ($10) per bet.
3.3. Odds must be -200 or longer at the time the wager is placed.
3.4. Wagers must be placed as single bets only.
3.5. System bets, voided bets, pushed bets, and partially or fully cashed-out bets are not eligible.
3.6. The wager must be settled as either a win or a loss to qualify.
3.7. Each qualifying wager increases a player’s ranking for prize eligibility. Greater wagering activity improves a player’s position when rewards are determined.
4.1. Rewards are not determined by random draw or chance.
4.2. Player rankings are determined based on wagering activity during the Promotion Period, including but not limited to the number and value of qualifying bets placed.
4.3. Lucky Rebel reserves the right to apply internal weighting or scoring criteria to determine final rankings.
4.4. The top-ranked qualifying players will be selected as winners based on final rankings at the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
5.1. A total of four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) in cash prizes is available to be awarded under this Promotion.
5.2. Cash prizes will be distributed as follows:
5.2.1. First Place: $100,000
5.2.2. Second Place through Fifth Place: $20,000 each
5.2.3. Sixth Place through Tenth Place: $12,000 each
5.2.4. Eleventh Place through Twentieth Place: $6,000 each
5.2.5. Twenty-First Place through Thirtieth Place: $4,000 each
5.2.6. Thirty-First Place through Fortieth Place: $3,000 each
5.2.7. Forty-First Place through Fiftieth Place: $2,000 each
5.2.8. Fifty-First Place through Sixtieth Place: $1,000 each
6.1. Rewards will be credited to winning players' accounts on or about February 11, subject to verification.
6.2. Cash prizes will be deposited directly into player accounts and will not be subject to wagering or rollover requirements.
6.3. Prizes are non-transferable and have no substitution or alternative value.
7.1. Bets placed using bonus funds or promotional credits are not eligible.
7.2. System bets, voided bets, pushed bets, and cash-out bets do not qualify.
7.3. Any wagers placed outside the Super Bowl game are excluded from the Promotion.
8.1. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Promotion, including wagering behavior intended to inflate rankings artificially, may result in disqualification at Lucky Rebel’s sole discretion.
8.2. Lucky Rebel reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or cancel prizes pending verification or in cases of suspected fraud, collusion, or violation of these Terms.
8.3. All participation and prizes are subject to verification and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9.1. Lucky Rebel is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, system errors, delays, interruptions, or failures that may affect participation or reward issuance.
9.2. All decisions regarding eligibility, ranking, and prize issuance are final and binding.
10.1. Lucky Rebel reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or terminate the Promotion or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
10.2. In the event of termination, no further prizes will be issued, and any pending or unverified rewards may be forfeited at Lucky Rebel’s discretion.
11.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to Lucky Rebel’s licensing jurisdiction.
12.1. Lucky Rebel’s general Terms & Conditions apply to this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, the general Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
12.2. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless expressly stated otherwise. 12.
3. By participating, players agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the general Terms & Conditions, and the decisions of Lucky Rebel management, which are final and binding.
